Heineken // The Ticket Stranger
We had to come up with a promotional idea for Heineken that made the most out of their UEFA Champions League global sponsorship while communicating their "Open your world" global strategy at the same time.
We created "The Ticket Stranger", a promotion where we gave away a ticket to the 2014 Champions League final in Lisbon to every participant.
The problem was that the ticket we gave them wasn't theirs, it was from a stranger in the other tip of their country who, at the same time, had their ticket.
In order for them to go to the final in Lisbon, they had to add each other as friends in Facebook, meet in person, and upload a picture of them two together enjoying a couple of Heinekens.
Oh, and they had 24 hours to do so.
